| On Daniel's birthday, we went to an old homestead and took boards off the walls that Dan will refinish and use for building things. We had a great time doing it together, and the kids had fun exploring the house and other buildings. Hard to believe that a family the size of ours may very well have lived in this tiny, two room house! |

| Daniel loves building things and already knows that he wants to be a builder when he grows up! He loves helping Dan with whatever he is working on. He's learning to read and loves writing! We love you Daniel! |
