A day or so before Christmas, it got foggy and we got a beautiful layer of ice fog coating everything. Pretty as it was though, it caused the power to go out on Christmas day. The power was out for about 30 hours - the longest ever since we've lived here. Because the yard we live on has a generator, we still had power during that time. We were so thankful to be warm and have waer and electricity during that time!!
