Our First Kitty

Hannah and Sarah just loved our first little kitty - Hannah named him Happy Kitty, and both of the girls loved to carry him and play with him. Unfortunately Happy Kitty died a few days after we got him. Sarah didn't really understand too much, and Hannah took it pretty well......we're hoping to try again with a few more kittens soon.

  One evening a few weeks ago,  Karl and Donna, a couple from our church invited us up for supper. Dan took the girls swimming in their pool and they had a great time! Hannah and Sarah looked so relaxed floating around in there!

Hannah is our little cuddler. She loves to snuggle when she gets up in the
morning, and she is always wanting Sarah to let her hold her. Sarah never wants
her to, but finally, today, she sat on Hannah's lap for about 10 minutes!
Hannah just loved it!

Clean up Day

This past Monday was clean-up day at the school. Dan helped to cut down bushes behind the dorm for most of the day. Here he is chopping branches off of a tree they cut down with Pastor John and Alidu, who graduated from the high school last year.

Weeding the Garden

Our little Sarah just loves to help weed the garden. When Dan is weeding Sarah will go out and start pulling weeds with him. She actually knows which ones are the weeds and does a good job pulling them out!

Building a Cat House

Hannah and Sarah had alot of fun using Daddy's tools while Daddy was building.
 

We're going to be getting two kittens soon, and Dan built a cat house for them to live in.

My Little Helper

Hannah had really started to love helping in the kitchen. She loves to be given bigger jobs, like chopping up vegetables or washing lettuce. And she's starting to really do a good job with what I ask her to do!
